Pull

Request sensitive data from a recipient. Two legs, one session, no portal account on their end.

What it is.

Pull is the inverse of Push. Your system asks the recipient for data instead of sending data to them. The recipient receives a notification, clicks once, uploads what you asked for, and the payload comes back to your system through SDT's encrypted transport. The recipient never creates an account, never sets a password, never logs in.

Pull is the right primitive for document collection, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, signed-document return flows, and any workflow where the data starts with the recipient and ends in your system.
